What is a Virtual Tour?
There actually 3 types of "Virtual Tours".
The old school way is slide show of regular photos animated to give you a feel of "watching a tour" of a home.
The 2nd type is what we specialize in. We take 360-degree imagery/video and with A.I. and Software, we stitch each image together and recreate a 3D walk-through experience of the property with a complete 360-degrees 3-axis range of motion when virtually walking through the property. This is the most common type of Virtual Tours.
The 3rd type is exactly like the 2nd type, but with 3D depth sensor data. With the depth data, the algorithm can recreate the room with a more realistic feel and more precise accurate information. This type of virtual tour is the most costly of the bunch due to the depth sensors hardware and a more detailed scanning is required. Overall, a lot more time-consuming. This type of Tour is mainly used in luxury, high-end properties, and special needs projects, like architects and construction planning.
What is a Dollhouse View?
Our famous unique feature, the Dollhouse View option gives customers or buyers an even more in-depth look at the property from a different perspective. They can have a deeper understanding of how the rooms and floors fit together by dragging the dollhouse to view it from all angles and zooming in and out. And our Dollhouse view have the ability to include Exterior views giving you complete inside and out points of view of the property.
